Agent roles

You have multiple types of roles within your agency, depending on permission levels

  1. Standard - view customers and customer data and perform employee level actions across the book of business

  2. Account manager - everything that standard can do, but also ability to add new prospects and customers, quote

  3. Admin - everything account manager can do, plus ability to manager users and the agency itself

Important note: If you don’t see an option to assign “account managers” it’s because this is reserved for agencies who have signed a special agreement to use the Zorro plan design tool. Reach out to our team at [email protected] to learn more about this!
