You have multiple types of roles within your agency, depending on permission levels
Standard - view customers and customer data and perform employee level actions across the book of business
Account manager - everything that standard can do, but also ability to add new prospects and customers, quote
Admin - everything account manager can do, plus ability to manager users and the agency itself
