Setting up your agency

Once you have finalized your agreement, Zorro will set you up as an agency on the platform. You will receive a form to collect banking information, as well as other details required for onboarding, including agency information in Zorro.

Your primary point-of-contact will be designated as the agency admin. This user will be able to add additional agent users and provide them with different permission levels.

Your agency home-screen will show you all of the employer clients you have with Zorro and various datapoints about their benefits.
