Zorro is your comprehensive platform for managing enrollments across your agency. This guide will help you navigate the essential features and get started quickly.

Navigation Panel

The left-hand navigation panel is your primary tool for accessing different areas of the platform:

  • Employers - View and manage employers associated with your agency

  • Prospects - Access potential clients in your pipeline

  • Demo Employers - Pre-configured examples used during sales cycles (typically managed by your sales team)

Enrollments Tab

The Enrollments tab is where you'll spend most of your time. This central hub displays:

  • All enrollments across employers associated with your team

  • Enrollments specifically assigned to you

  • Real-time status updates for each enrollment

You can filter enrollments by status, preset configurations, state, company, carrier, and other parameters to efficiently manage your workload.

Account Settings

Located in the top-right corner, your account settings include:

Personal Settings

  • View and update your profile information

  • Manage notification preferences

  • Update login credentials

Agency Settings (Admin Only)

If you have admin privileges, you can:

  • View agency information

  • Edit agency details

  • Manage team members
