The Zorro agent onboarding guide

Welcome to Zorro

We’re excited to have you on board!

As a Zorro partner, you’ll have access to the tools and support you need to serve your clients seamlessly. Our platform makes it easy to manage employer ICHRA plans, guide employees through enrollment, and track activity across your book of business.

Agency set up

We will set you up in our system and provide credentials. Once activated, you’ll have access to:

  • Your agency profile

  • A list of your clients and their plan details

  • Key tools to monitor onboarding and enrollment activity

Action Required (2 steps):

  1. Set up your Zorro profile: You will receive an email from Zorro, make sure to click the link in the email to set up your account on the Zorro platform. You will have access to all your clients in one portal.

    1. You will need to provide your agency NPN, address and contact information

  2. Broker commission form: Complete and return the Broker Commission Form so that commissions can be paid properly.

You will get ongoing communications and training about

Client List View – see all your clients at a glance.

Employee Details Page – track activities on an employee level

Employee Enrollment Tracker – monitor progress during enrollment windows.

Client onboarding

Below are the steps we will follow with clients. You’ll be invited to all meetings, and will have visibility into your client’s setup on your Zorro portal. Zorro will handle employee enrollments after the election window ends.

  • Introduction email

  • Meeting to discuss financial onboarding and implementation timeline

  • Communication series to employers with education

  • Communication series to employees

  • Enrollment window

Next Steps

  • Complete your Broker Commission Form (required for payment).

  • Look out for your Zorro activation email and set up your account.

  • Join your client’s implementation kickoff call.
