Overview Page

When you log in to the Zorro platform for the first time, you’ll land on the Overview Page.

This page summarizes key information about your employees’ benefit statuses and provides quick links for common actions.

  • Waived Coverage: Employees who have opted out

  • Coverage Ended: Employees whose coverage has expired

You’ll also see real-time Enrollment Activity Statuses, which include:

Quick Actions

From the Overview Page, you can:

  • Add an employee

  • View invoices

  • Run payroll

Tip

Clicking any status (e.g., Election Submitted) will take you directly to the Employees Tab, pre-filtered for that specific group.

Employees Tab

The Employees Tab functions like a dynamic spreadsheet, giving you complete visibility into employee details and enrollment data.

What You’ll See

Each row represents an employee and displays information such as:

  • Name, email, invitation status

  • Age, state, class

  • Election start/end dates

  • Coverage start/end dates

  • Plan details (carrier, name, ID, market type)

  • Contributions (employer, employee, total allowance)

  • Payment method and status

Columns can be filtered, sorted, and downloaded for easy offline reporting.

Tip: By default, 50 employees appear per page. Use the dropdown at the bottom to view up to 150 per page.
