1. Uploading and managing all benefit-eligible employees

The platform keeps you organized, ensuring that all relevant information is captured, from employee details to their individual plan preferences. This makes it easy to stay on top of who's covered and streamline your ICHRA process.
2. Reviewing and managing benefits
Zorro’s platform provides real-time access to the health plans your employees have selected, allowing you to review their choices and manage the selections efficiently. You’ll be able to track who has elected a plan, if the Enrollment Team has submitted the application to the carrier, and if a confirmation was received. You’ll also be able to assist employees in performing actions to make sure they are utilizing their allowance to choose the best health coverage options.
3. Funding and managing premium payments
Zorro Pay takes care of funding employee health premiums seamlessly. As the employer, you’ll transfer the full premium amount to an account managed by Zorro, and we take care of the rest. Zorro Pay creates a virtual account with the total premium amount for each employee, which covers both the allowance you provide and any additional amount an employee may need to pay if they choose a higher-cost plan. Any amount beyond the allowance will be set up as a payroll deduction for the employee. This eliminates the need for your employees to pay premiums upfront and wait for reimbursement, making the payment process seamless and automated. You’ll also receive notifications and easy-to-use tools to manage the funding of these premiums on a monthly basis.
4. Obtaining payroll data
Zorro payroll reports will provide a detailed list of any deductions from employee paychecks if they choose a health plan that exceeds their allowance, ensuring accurate payroll processing and premium payments. Additionally, the reports will include any reimbursements for employees enrolled in Medicare. With these comprehensive payroll reports, you’ll have access to the precise data you need to efficiently manage the financial aspects of your healthcare benefits.
5. Obtaining compliance and other reports
