Zorro Pay overview

Zorro Pay is the unique Zorro solution for managing ICHRA premium payments in a way that is seamless and easy for both your company and your employees.

Zorro Pay makes the “R” in ICHRA (which stands for Reimbursement) unnecessary! Instead of employees paying their health insurance premiums upfront and waiting for reimbursement from their employer's allowance, Zorro Pay allows you, as the employer, to pay the full premium directly. With Zorro Pay, each employee is provided with a virtual Zorro Pay card, which is programmed exclusively for their reported carrier, plan, and premium amount. If an employee chooses a plan with a premium higher than their allowance, the difference is handled through payroll deductions, much like with a traditional group plan.

In some instances, carriers may require an ACH account instead of a virtual card to make payments. Zorro knows which carriers require which form of payment and issues the correct form depending on the carrier that an employee selects. If there is an issues and the carrier requires a different form of payment, employees can message Zorro and we will switch their Zorro Pay instantly.
