Your employer transfers the full cost of your health insurance premium to Zorro, covering both the allowance they provide and any portion of the premium you're responsible for if you choose a plan that exceeds your allowance. Zorro then creates a Zorro Pay virtual card account with the total premium amount. If your selected plan costs more than the employer's allowance, the additional amount is deducted from your paycheck. By partnering with Zorro, your employer is providing you a huge perk! Instead of paying the full premium costs upfront out of your own pocket, then worrying about receipts and delayed reimbursements, all the accounting is taken care of behind the scenes! The only thing you need to remember to do is use your Zorro Pay to set up automatic recurring monthly payments with your insurance carrier.
