Zorro recognizes that there are different individuals at your organization responsible for different aspects of benefit administration. That’s why we’ve created a way to distinguish between different types of contacts.
Contacts:
Zorro offers the ability to create communication distribution lists for three groups within your company:
Legal/Executive: responsible for signing the service agreement but typically not involved in day-to-day benefits administration. This group will receive communications during renewal periods or if there are significant changes or issues at the account level.
HR/Benefits: assists employees in understanding their benefits, reminds them of deadlines, and shares general benefits-related information. This group will receive notifications about benefits updates and other day-to-day topics.
Finance/Payments: responsible for paying invoices, monitoring premium draws, and setting up payroll deductions. This group will receive invoice notifications and other financial topics.
Note: a single person can be designated in multiple categories. If someone needs to receive multiple types of notifications, this can be easily accommodated.
Zorro Admins:
Each individual you designate as a contact can also be assigned as a Zorro Admin on the platform. Zorro Admins have company-wide access to information, including employee-selected plans, personal details, reports, and more.
If a contact is not designated as a Zorro Admin, they will only receive communications related to their specific role and will not have access to company-wide information on the platform.
