Zorro Pay reporting

You will be able to see two types of reports related to your company Zorro Pay account on a monthly basis. These reports will be available in the Zorro Pay tab of your admin portal between the 20th and 25th of each month.

Upcoming Month Draw Report

This will be identical to the report included in the email that is sent to financial contacts on the day of the monthly draw, which is the 20th of each month (or the previous business day). It will list next month’s enrollments and premiums, and the resulting total draw.

Prior Month Transactions Report

This report will include prior transactions to and from your company Zorro Pay account. It lists any activity that influences the balance in your account between last month’s draw and this month’s beginning balance. This report will include everything that actually happened–not just expected premiums, but actual amounts that carriers drew, credits that were received in the account after a termination of employees’ plans, any additional transactions (if a carrier withdrew the premium twice) etc.
