Zorro monitors employee Zorro Pay cards to make sure premium payments are withdrawn from them, and that the withdrawals are in the amount expected according to the employee’s reported plan.
We will send out emails to employees around the 15th of the month for any audit issues that we observe. Issues can include:
Late payment - we did not notice a payment for this month’s premium.
Amount mismatch - the amount taken by the carrier and what Zorro has recorded in the system differ.
