Yes! It is critical that you don’t just let your carrier renew your plan, and that you make sure to complete the entire renewal process on Zorro.
If you let your carrier continue your plan without updating Zorro, your employer will not have the correct information about your plan, your allowance will not get updated and your Zorro Pay card and payroll deductions may be wrong.
Make sure to follow the Zorro renewal process:
Submit your election to renew after you’ve reviewed your new allowance and premium
Call the carrier and make sure your Zorro Pay card details are correct and still on file
Update your monthly premium payments to reflect the new premium amount
