What happens to my Zorro Pay if I enroll in a new plan?

It depends.

If you enroll in a new plan with the same carrier, your Zorro Pay card will not need to change. Zorro will update the plan name, but since the recipient carrier remains identical, a new card is not required. You will just need to update the premium amount in your recurring monthly payments.

If you enroll in a new plan with a different carrier, your current Zorro Pay card will no longer work and a new card will need to be issued for you. After you make your new plan election, Zorro will discontinue your current card as of December 31st, and will issue a new card with your new carrier and premium amount. You will see the new card in your Zorro portal so you can set up payment with your new carrier.
