Zorro notifications to Enrollment Teams are sent to the email addresses listed in the Notification emails field in the agency set up.
Email addresses listed there will be notified of the following events:
Every time an employee submits and election
Every time a new employee is added
Every time an employee is terminated
Every time an employee experiences a QLE
Note that these notifications are optional. You can use the Enrollments tab to manage your tasks and choose to not receive any notifications by not including any email addresses in the Notifications email field in your agency profile.
