Zorro has built the ability for you to log-in together with an employee into a joint session in order to guide them through the enrollment process. This feature is meant to be used when you are in a live, joint session with an employee on a video call and are typically sharing your screen.
You can start a joint session by selecting the “Log-in as” action from the menu when you have an employee selected. This will open as a separate tab with a purple top bar indicating the employee name.
When you log-in as an employee, the system will record that you are the user performing the submission (e.g., if you submit a plan election or waive an election).
