Zorro is all about giving as much real-time information and insights as possible about enrollments. That’s why we track exactly where an enrollment is along the end-to-end process. Here are the different statuses you’ll see on Zorro:
Pending election window: The election period has not started yet.
Election active: Hasn't started: The election period is active, but the employee has not logged in yet.
Election active: Started: The election period is active, and the employee has logged in but has not made a selection.
Election submitted: The employee has completed their plan selection
Carrier application sent: The application has been submitted to the carrier and is awaiting the carrier's final confirmation.
Enrollment confirmed: The employee's enrollment has been finalized and confirmed by the carrier.
Waived election: The employee has chosen to waive coverage.
Deadline passed: The election period ended without a plan selection from the employee.
