Once an employee submits their election on Zorro (either by themselves or jointly with an Enrollment Expert), an automated email summarizing their election will be sent to them. This is a system-generated, standard email that includes their health plan, the household members they chose to include and the costs of the plan.
This email will be sent automatically without a need to trigger it. If an employee forgot what they selected or cannot find the email, you as an agent can trigger and resend it to employees under Actions → Email communication → Election summary.
