Here’s what you need to do in order to log in to Zorro:
Check your email: Look for the welcome email from Zorro. It should contain a link to activate your account.
Click the activation link: This will take you to the Zorro login page.
Enter your email address: Type in the email address you used to create your Zorro account.
Enter your password: Use the password you created during the account activation process.
Click "Login": This will take you to your Zorro dashboard.
Expired invitation
If you clicked on your activation link and got to a screen that says it’s expired, not to worry!
You can click on the ‘Forgot password’ link.
Then click on 'Back to sign-in'. This will take you to a screen where you can input your email address.
Type in your email address (make sure it's the same one that was used by your employer and where you got the original email).
Click on 'Remind me' and an email will be sent to your inbox.
Follow the instructions in the email and create your password. You should be good to go and your account is activated!
If for some reason this doesn’t work, you can always reply to the original email from Zorro Support and we will be happy to send you a new activation email.
