You can view your Zorro Pay card details directly in your Zorro account. To do so, log in and navigate to the "Payments" tab. Once you're in the "Payments" section, you'll find a virtual card displayed with the card number, expiration date, and CVC code.
A few important things related to your Zorro Pay card to keep in mind:
Billing address: You'll also see the billing address associated with the card below the image. The billing address is Zorro’s address and NOT your personal one. Make sure to use it and not any other address as your payments may fail otherwise.
Limited to premium and carrier: Your Zorro Pay card is specifically programmed to pay for your health insurance premiums and can only be used with the insurance carrier you selected for your specific premium amount. It cannot be used to pay for other services, products, or individuals.
Making multiple payments: Zorro Pay works according to your employer’s funding of the ICHRA account. If you miss a payment with your insurer and need to make two payments together, Zorro will allow this. However, if you miss more than a single payment and need to make three or more payments together, your card will be limited. Zorro Pay can only support payments of up to 2X the premium amount.
