Commenting on enrollments

Method 1: From the Enrollments Table

Step 1: Navigate to Enrollments

Log in to Zorro with your agent credentials and go to the Enrollments page.

Step 2: Locate the Comments Button

Find the employee you want to comment on in the Enrollments table. The Comments button is located directly next to the employee's name.

Step 3: Click the Comments Button

Click the Comments button to open the comment view for that specific employee.

Step 4: Add Your Comment

In the comment view:

  • You'll see all existing comments for this employee

  • Type your new comment in the text field provided

  • Click Submit or Add Comment to save your comment

Method 2: From the Employee's Enrollment Page

Step 1: Access the Employee Page

From the Enrollments table, click on the employee's name link to navigate to their individual enrollment page.

Step 2: Open Comments

On the employee's enrollment page, locate and click the Comments button.

Step 3: View and Add Comments

This will open the same comment view where you can:

  • Read all historical comments

  • Add new comments

  • See comment timestamps and authors

Important Notes

  • All comments are permanently stored and associated with the employee's record

  • Comments are visible to all agents with access to the employee's enrollment

  • Use comments to track important updates, notes, or communication regarding the enrollment

Best Practices

  • Keep comments professional and relevant

  • Include dates and context when noting important events

  • Use comments to maintain a clear communication trail
