Assigning enrollments

This article will guide you through the process of assigning enrollments to enrollment agents in the Zorro platform.

Steps to Assign Enrollments

Step 1: Access the Enrollments Page

Log in to Zorro using your credentials and navigate to the Enrollments page from the main menu.

Step 2: Select Individuals

In the Enrollments table, select the checkbox next to each individual you want to assign. You can select multiple individuals at once for batch assignment.

Step 3: Open the Actions Menu

Click the Actions menu button, then select Enrollment ActionsAssign Enrollment.

Step 4: Choose an Enrollment Agent

  1. In the assignment dialog, you'll see a dropdown list of available enrollment agents

  2. Select the enrollment agent you want to assign the selected enrollments to

  3. Click Save to complete the assignment

What Happens Next

Once saved, the selected enrollments will be assigned to the chosen enrollment agent. The agent will be able to see and manage these enrollments in their dashboard.
