After the employer’s roster has been uploaded, the next step is to send an activation email to employees. This is a system-generated, standard email that will allow employees to set up an account in the Zorro system.
Important note: The activation email does not mean that the employee’s election window has started. It is just an invitation to set up the account. When the employee logs in, they will see their dashboard and information about their upcoming Open Enrollment until the election window starts.
This email will not be sent automatically, and there is a need to trigger it. You as an agent can send activation emails to employees, or Zorro can do this for you depending on your process preference.
