Before Your Election Window Opens
Step 1: Log into Zorro
Access your Zorro account before your designated election window begins.
Step 2: View Your Upcoming Enrollment
Once logged in, you'll see information about your upcoming enrollment period.
Step 3: Preview Available Options
You can preview:
Available carriers
Plan options
Pricing information
Important: These previewed options are not final. Plans, prices, and carriers may change when your actual election window opens.
During Your Election Window
Step 1: Access Your Account During the Election Window
Log into Zorro during your designated election window to make your selections.
Step 2: Begin the Selection Process
Click the "Select your plan" button to start.
Step 3: Review Your Allowance Model
You'll first see your allowance model for the new plan year.
Step 4: Confirm Household Information
Review and confirm your household information. Make any necessary updates or changes at this time.
Step 5: Review Your Current Coverage Renewal
If you're currently enrolled in coverage, Zorro will display what your plan will look like for the next year.
Step 6: Select Household Members
From this screen, you can:
View your renewal option
Select which household members to include in next year's coverage
Step 7: Choose Your Path
You have two options:
Option A: If you're satisfied with the displayed coverage, click "Confirm new coverage"
Option B: To explore other options, click "See all options" to view all available plans in your area for next year
Step 8: Complete the Process
If you selected "Confirm new coverage," sign and agree to the Medical Elections Consent form.
Step 9: Confirmation
Congratulations! You've successfully renewed your plan for next year.
After Renewal
Monitor your email and Zorro notifications for any important communications
You may need to take additional actions to finalize your coverage
