Employees undergoing a renewal process on Zorro have a specialized renewal process in the platform, displaying for them their current plan’s new price and allowing them to elect it without going through the full shopping process.

Important to note:
Employees’ ability to see the updated premium of their current plan is dependent on whether Zorro has the plan ID for their existing plan. If employees submitted a plan manually to Zorro and did not shop on the platform in the prior year, Zorro will not have their plan ID and will not be able to match it to a new premium.
