What happens if a payment is missed?

Sometimes, a carrier may fail to pull a payment, or an employee may be late in setting up their payment.

To accommodate this, the Zorro Pay card is automatically loaded with 2x the premium amount, ensuring double payments can be processed if needed.

Zorro can increase this allotment to 3x the premium to cover up to three months of payments, but this must be requested through Zorro Support.
