To make benefit administration seamless, Zorro integrates with all leading HRIS and payroll providers. We make it effortless to administer ICHRA/make ICHRA a breeze.
What data is integrated?
Deductions - Zorro sends enrollment information into the HRIS/payroll system, including employee deduction and employer contribution amount
Employee additions - Zorro receives new employee information automatically and adds the employee to the Zorro roster
Employee terminations - Zorro receives an indication about terminated employees, indicates them as non-benefit-eligible in Zorro and automatically starts the termination sequence
How integration works
Employer admins initiate the connection directly from the Zorro admin portal—simply enter their HRIS/payroll credentials and connect
In some cases, the admin may be required to change the configuration/settings in the HRIS/payroll system to allow for the API connection to be switched on
That’s it! From there on, data will flow automatically in both directions. Zorro leverages the industry-leading payroll integration provider, Finch. Finch is a unified API that securely connects your application to numerous payroll and HR systems, enabling seamless data synchronization without the need for custom integrations
