The final step before submitting your plan election is the medical elections consent. This is an electronic signature step which indicates that you authorize Zorro, or its affiliates or other enrollment teams, to enroll you in the plan you elect on the platform. Make sure to read the consent in its entirety, then sign by printing your name. The date will be pre-filled for you.
