You and your Zorro Partnership Lead have determined the allowance model for your employees based on several factors, which may include geographical location, age, and family size. Your allowance model should already be uploaded to your company account. If it’s not finalized yet – not to worry! We will help you finalize it and automatically upload it once completed.
Once finalized, you can view the allowance model in the Documents section of the platform. The file is available as an easy-to-navigate PDF, with allowances separated by class, and each class listing allowances based on age and family size (if applicable).
Employees can view their personalized allowance as soon as they log into their Zorro portal. Their individual allowance will be listed, along with any tier increases for additional family members (if applicable). Employees will also have access to the allowance model in the Documents section of the platform.
