Whether you had existing Medicare coverage or enrolled for the first time when your employer IHCRA plan started, you will need to report your Medicare plan details to Zorro.
You cannot make Medicare plan elections on the Zorro platform, and without reporting your plan Zorro will not have a record of it, and your employer will not be able to see your plan and set you up for your reimbursements.
You can easily report your Medicare plan on Zorro with these steps:
Log into Zorro: Access your Zorro account and begin the election process.
Start the election process and select “Report Existing Plan”: Indicate that you are already enrolled in a Medicare plan.
Upload plan documentation: Submit proof of your Medicare plan, such as a statement showing the Medicare Part B or Medicare Advantage premium amount, your social security statement, or another invoice.
Look out for your confirmation: Zorro will review your documentation and confirm that your reported amount matches your premium. Your employer will then set you up for the allowance amount you are eligible for and reimburse you on your paychecks on a prorated basis according to your payroll schedule.
