How do I know if my initial premium was paid, or if I am set up with autopay?

Confirming your payment status:

While Zorro Pay simplifies your payment process, you should always confirm that your initial premium payment was successful. You can see the status of your initial premium in your Zorro account. To confirm your payment or set up these features:

  • Create a carrier account: Create an online account with your insurance carrier. You'll typically find the "Create Account" option on their homepage.

  • Contact your carrier: Call your insurance carrier's customer service to verify whether your initial payment was processed and to confirm if autopay is active.

Regardless of whether you believe your initial premium was paid or autopay was set up during enrollment, it's best to take these steps to ensure a smooth start to your coverage and avoid any potential issues.
